Solid vs. Urethane trans mount

I helped a buddy of mine install solid motor and trans mounts and I was wondering if a T5 mount is a T5 mount. Also, do you think solids are bad in ANY way vs. polyurethane mounts?
Also, who has the best prices for solid and poly mounts?

I would think anytime you go with solid mounts you might experience some extra vibration through the mounts loosing some of the isolation in the rubber

The one we pulled off my buddy's Fox was a two piece unit, although it wasn't built that way!!!!
I thiink I'll go with Energy Suspension trans mounts... Since I am doing the clutch, I might as well do the flywheel, cable quandrant adjuster and mounts as well...
