*long tube headers
*offroad h pipe and exhaust
*cold air intake
*Udp(not sure which ones)
*sct flash tuner
*4.10 gears with t-lok

shift kit will help, but IMO i would go with a custom tuned chip from justin vs a genaric tune
those wheels will KILL YOU

Yes it will. I agree you should get a xcal2 and tune your shift points instead of getting a cheap shift kit.

you can run any wheel/tire you want bug weight slows the car down. Every pound of rotating mass is nearly equal to 10 pounds of dead weight. So if you increased your wheel's weight by 30 pounds thats like adding 300 extra pounds of dead weight to he car~
With all of those mods you should be a second faster if not more, Stock time are 16.0~

wheels are all personal preference, you have to pay the price for getting 18 inch rims, they are not THAT much heavier but they are heavier. I wouldnt worry about it to much though, get an aluminum driveshaft to help offset the extra weight (an aluminum driveshaft is 10lbs lighter, and its 10 rotating lbs)

Dude, you could take the wheel money, spend that on real mods,
and go mid 14's with a cam and tune. Get the shift points modified
with the tune.
Going Fast > Looking Good
You already got a Mustang, so it looks good. I'd rather have fast car
that looks really good than a slow car that looks awesome.
Use your street racing winnings to buy the wheels...
Did I say that out loud???

4.10 gears
a posi-trac differential (or whatever it is y'all call 'em)
some sort of drag radial
and hit it with as much nitrous as it'll take.

You dont need nitrous to run mid 14's. Bolt on's, a flasher, and 4.10's should be enough(with a decent driver).

But nitrous is about as expensive as a single bolt-on.

that's a matter of opinion! Why have a posi-trac? Is there a negi-trac??
Traction-Lock, alright, that makes sense.

they work differently in most cases, aka detroic locker vs ford tlok. The name some time justifies the means.
