So you have the engine mounted on the stand using the Bell housing bolt holes!!! Well you need to put the engine stand mounts to the front accessories holes. I know that is not what you wanted to hear but that is what is needed. I have had to spin a motor around a few times
ok the cam rides on the puck, and the puck against the timing cover and you accomplished this how??? If I need to why not demount from stand and install the puck with the timing cover forcing it down?( this was how it was dissassembled ) hell the rest of the engine is done

You've had that cam for 2 years now
You gonna dyno that beast Rick? I'd like to see what it all does!
After all, I did the intake and cam for ya. Love to see what the
4 barrel does on a healthy V6 stroker! Would you list the specs
for the peeps? I don't even remember the cam specs or carb size.

OK I am a bit confused. Are you talking about the front or the rear of the engine??? I thought you were talking about the rear of the engine not the front. Now If I got this right you should just install it withg the timing cover forcing it down.
RGR if I could find a dyno that wouldn't charge me an arm and a leg for dyno testing I would have figures(the only dyno that wanted job was 900.00 bucks and wanted motor all day). Had a place refuse me because it was a V-6!!!!

You need to find a good chassis dyno, lots cheaper. Go down to UNCC
and have David Vizard tune on it

Cool, is it possible to put an extra spring on the secondary linkage so you can
feel when it is being engaged? I'd do that, carbs that have a "feel" for the
secondaries help you get better mileage and you also know where the power is.
