Drone won't cause your car to shake...do you have an auto or manual?

if you have the stock cats your just bitching, you dont have a real drone. Ride in a 5.0L fox body with NO cats and flowmasters and of course gears .... then tell me you have a drone. My car doesnt even have a done that bothers me.

To answer your question, a resonator is just like a muffler. Lot's of imports have one cat then a resonator and then the muffler.
does your exhaust go all the way out back or is it dumped?
If it shakes a lot then maybe they did a bad job welding it in, or didn't use the hangers with the rubber.

Yeah... I've got a H/C/I 5.0 with a Mac Prochamber (i.e. no cats) and a Flowmaster American Thunder catback... it definitely drones. At least I have tailpipes now, with dumps it was simply unbearable.
But despite setting off every car alarm in the near vicinity, even then the "drone" didn't cause my backseat to noticeably vibrate. At least I don't think it did, but then again... why would I be in the back seat?
If you simply have a nearly stock v6 with cats and Flowmasters... I would look elsewhere for the cause of your seat vibration.

I don't know about you, but I know what causes the vibration when I'm in the back seat.
