I got 61k on my car and I it still has the original plugs. I want to change them soon, but I want to do it. I was waiting till I had internet access so I could find a step by step guide on how to do it since I'm not a mechanic. Anyone know where I can find one. Also I read in a hot rod mag that the preferred choice for modern hot rods was Bosch's Platinum 4+, everyone else has told me to go for Motorcraft's Platinum plugs. What should I go for? What's the difference and sh*t? I've kinda set eyes on Bosch's wires, what do you guys think?

go with the OEM ford plugs, trust me they are perfectly fine and probably better than most of those other brands. Get whats supposed to be in it, copper or what not. Changing them is pretty darn easy.
Start on the driver's side. Find the spark plug closest to you, you can trace the spark plug wires to find it. DO NOT remove all of the spark plug wires, you remove them ONE at a TIME. Once you find the first spark plug pop the wire off of it by turning it side to side and pulling out, take your time they will come off.
Now use the spark plug socket and any extensions needed with a ratchet and DOUBLE CONFIRM that the ratchet is removing the plug, not tightening it. Slowly break it loose and remove it. Gap the new plug correctly, double check the gap, and put a bit of anti seeze on the threads (NOT a ton just a coat) and ease it in, it does not need to be super tight, I think its liek 15ftlbs~ (or close) so a snug is all it needs, the heads are aluminum so DO NOT over tighten. Place a bit of the conductor greese on the spark plug boot (the end of the wire that goes on the plug) and pop it back on, you will hear the click and you can pul it a bit to confirm its on good.
Continue by doing the same for the rest of the plugs, the back driver and passenger side are a PAIN and you may have trouble getting the spark plugs to start when putting them in. Take your time DO NOT force them or they will cross thread. which is BAD. So ease it in slowly and tighten it down by hand first.
It may take a couple different length extentions and maybe a swivle head but you will get it.

ive heard bad things about bosch and i had a bad experience with autolites... just use the stock motorcraft or motorcraft platinum (what i have now)

I'm leaning towards the motorcraft platinum, what about the wires? Comments not enough to make me feel comfortable to do it myself. I have minimal tools. Got a ratchet and sockets thats bout it. I don't have extensions, much less swivel heads. Can I still do it? Does the plugs tightness really matter, cuz to measure 15lbs you need a special ratchet don't you, and I don't have that.

Just get what came in the car to start with. On a stock car, all you will do is cause problems by running other wires and plugs. Use what is meant to be used and don't worry about it.

There are some good aftermarket wires but FMS wires are very good.
Here is a fact if you believe all the hype manufacturers claim in the auto parts world then you should believe I am Elvis !!!! Now where are my jelly donuts!!!!
