I love my car. I got it w/ 14miles and plan on keeping it for lifetime. I want to make it faster up to around 300 hp. 300 hp seems to be a mark that sets fast cars from kinda fast cars. I was planning to get a turbo kit in the long run, but would like to keep it all motor if i can get 300 ponies w/o a turbo. How much money can I expect to spend and what exactly would I need to change?

So basically you're asking us how to make your car fast?
there are so many combinations to get to your 300hp goal. research what others have done.
it will cost a lot, but then again to some people dropping 6k on a built crate motor isn't much.

hhhmm. I had realized that before. I'm don't wanna put in a new motor, cuz I want to keep the 3.9. How fast would I be by putting in shorty headers, dual flowmaster 40s w/ x pipe going out on the side (roush style), I already have k&n, 4.10 gears w/ t-lok, shift kit, spring, shocks, rear sway, throttle body, camshaft, intake manifold all this w/o port & polish. I'm estimating all these parts are bout $1800 worth and another $1400 for labor. I think I will get to bout a 14.7-14.8 on the 1/4 mile. So according to me for $3200 I'll shave 1.3 seconds of my 1/4, is all this correct and is this a good deal? What I'm wanting to know is can I put in a camshaft and intake manifold w/ my current mods and how would this affect my performance? I got so many questions

A H/C/I swap with a couple bolt on's and a xcal2 should easily get you at around 300 hp.

the ONLY way you will reach 300 hp at the flywheel will be at least full bolt-on and a heads/cam/intakes.
Try not to think about it as 300hp... think of it as being able to run a given time. Just because you have 300hp doesnt mean you can run XX time. Suspension is VERY key to this as well. If you just want 300hp then thats cool, but 300hp doesnt make the car fast if all it does is turn the tires over and leave rubber.
On 99-04 motors (excluding the 3.9 as they have massive hp/tq stock) you should see 220-240rwhp/tq (at the wheels) with heads/cam/intake/full bolt ons and a very good tune. Thats not TO far off from 300rwhp~
If you built the motor (or got another and build it up, then swaped it in) you could see even more power.

I want to know if it's worth investing on my motor or should I aim towards getting a 4.6l? I was looking at 1/4 mile times of other cars and I think a 13.5 cuts into the fast car times. Is it possible to go 13.5 w/ a 3.9l, if so w/ what mods?

hold up... I'm a little confused because your mods you listed in your post are different from the ones in your signature. Can you list everything that you have done to your car?
If all you want is to get into the 13's then I'd suggest looking into multi stage nitrous set up and an extremely good tune. It's very easy to get the goal you want as long as you have the money. A turbo will quickly get you the times you're looking for as well...

A H/C/I swap with Bolt on's and a flasher/tune should get you in the mid 13's if you want to stay N/A. Or you could always get nitrous.

its a never ending thing lol when you have 300hp/tq you will want more 90% of the time... you just need to sit down and decide the best way to go about what ever your goals are and really research/think about it. Dont jump into anything and you should be fine. I thought about building up my 01 v6, but I really wanted an 03 cobra (not for the power only) i loved the way they looked and I wanted to have something more rare and collectable etc etc and convertible lol so i got it.

If I wanted to swap my motor what would you guys suggest besides the common 4.6? Something bad ass that'll ensure it becoming a real fast car. My current mods are listed as my signature.

To get 300hp all motor will cost more than getting a poweradder or very close to. You can get a Sc kit and run it at about 8-9 psi to get 300 at the flywheel, or you can go turbo and get that much with about 7-8 psi. Just something to think about.

be forwarned ANYTIME you mod your car you have to take the risk of issues... its the name of the game. You have to pay to play, you mod you will have issues, if you do it RIGHT you have less but you always have problems that come up. You just have to be prepared to deal with them mentally and financially.

Is this the motor that I got in my car right now or has it already been modified? I don't really understand it, does it say this motor is worth 350rwhp? What are all these:
- Block bored and honed
- Forged Ross Dished Pistons (5-30cc dish)
- Cat 5.956" I beam rods
- Hastings moly top piston rings
- Clevite77 Main and Rod bearings
- Clevite77 cam/balance shaft bearings
- 3.8 Crankshaft turned under 10/10 and polished (optional new crankshaft)
- Rotating assembly balanced
- Includes stock balancer and flywheel/flexplate.
