As if resurrecting one classic icon was not enough, various sources (including AutoWeek) have heard Ford will soon release a 1966 GT350H throwback concept. The well-known Shelby Hertz (designated with the “H” code) rental car of the 60s may soon get another lease on life with the same infamous gold and black color scheme and of course, plenty of pony power. All there is left to do now is sit back and wait for more morsels of information—hopefully more comes about at the New York Auto show, April 12th & 13th.

i highly doubt ford will be making anything like that for quite some time. If the shelby GT500 had not been further along they would have probably scraped it to.

I think Ford needs to do something like that. Something to fill the huge price gap between the GTs and the GT500s. Kind of like the Mach I did in 03 and 04.
An all aluminum N/A 3V 5.4 would be cool. Maybe in the 375hp range??? |

I've read several places there are several special editions in the works outside of the SVT realm. Another Bullitt is supposed to be coming in a year or two, a California Special is on its way (my local dealer has ordering info on these right now) and the rampant rumors of a Boss edition car.
I think a Boss scheme could look killer on this body style. Already have seen one dealer's add-on pkg that included stripes and wheels--schweet!! |

Shinoda is POS anyway... funny looks funny decals no performance..... hmmm... I think they got bought out by JC Whitney anyway.
