You will need either a welder and a sawzall or take it to an exhaust shop. You will need to have your factory y-pipe cut, 2 new pipes bent and welded into place, then the rest of the exhaust hung into place, which will require making a few new hangers. So basically...carry it to an exhaust shop and pay them to put it on, you'll thank yourself later.

there are two ways. Just cut and have a shop weld up the gt take offs. You will have to cut your pipe where they merge into a single pipe (after the cats) and then the shop will fab up a connection.
Or you can do it the "more better" way and buy an adaptor, aka a set of pipes that have a flange so you can bolt up the catback, so the shop can then weld on the adaptor an simply bolt your catback on. This is better due to you can bolt/unbolt any gt catback and gain easy acces to the tranny and what not. You can buy an adaptor for steeda, pacesetter, etc, or get a shop to make you one perhaps~ its just pipe with flanges that meet up with the GT take off's.

depends on the shop, to just fab a connection i would think 100 or under would be acceptable~

I would expect 125~ for gt take offs and another 50-80 installation~ depending. If you buy an adaptor pipe so you can bolt/unbolt the exhasut add on another 70~ ish
