acceleration problems

Alright, I have a 99 sixer 5 spd. Few bolt-ons cai, duals, underdrive pulleys, throttle body, throttle body spacer. My problem is some days the car accelerates much faster than others. Some days i can gun it and just tell its got so much power getting to the ground. The other days i can tell it has nowhere near the same amount of power getting to the wheels. Is there any mechanical explanation for that? Does everyone else experience the same thing? Its just starting to make me wonder if something is wrong. The conditions outside are the same like temp and weather. Maybe im just crazy.

Does the weather differ much? Your car should feel a lot faster when its cold outside then when its hot and humid.

weather~ (temp, etc) can make it change. I would do a tune up though since it needs it anyway~

definately do a tune-up. Change the plugs and oil and maybe the wires if you haven't already. You're car is already 7 years old, it's about that time.
