this is on my list so far of things to do...
- finished changing oil
- finished fuel filter and fuel system cleaning
left to do:
- change coolant
- change tranny fluid
- change differential fluid
- possibly change p/s fluid
in the next month:
- colder step copper spark plugs and new wires
- front brake upgrade to mach 1 calipers and brembo blanks with s/s lines
- serpentine belt w/ UDP and HB
you never realize how much you save doing this stuff yourself or with a friend until you've payed once for ford or superlube to do it. (not my car but my mom's)

I think I'm gonna change my fuel filter soon as a matter of fact. I have my belt, just need to get the attachment to release the tensioner.
Nothing like changing your own oil though. Nothing.

Not sure myself, I always though the only reason to need to go colder was if you were going with Nitrous?
My car gets a complete overhaul in a month

1 step colder was tested as getting better spark even on n/a cars. and copper is better than platinum if you don't care about lifespan

Dude, you just use a wrench to release the tension on the belt.

You need a T-55 to fit in the tensioner to reset the tensioner belt wear thing.
I ended up just just lifting on on the bottom bolt/pulley with a wrench and taking the belt off.
