B springs
Lakewood 50/50 shocks
Lakewood LCA's
Removing Quad shocks
and if I have time I might try to put the Lakewood traction bars on lol.
thats on the agenda for today since I took off work and its nice outside. Ill have some progress pics later...

starting the day...with the only helper I could find for 8:30am on a thursday lol

shock bolted in the top, control arm ready to be bolted in place...

control arm in...

new shock,LCA,spring...(repeat for other side  )

back on the ground..Surprised me how low it went with only being B springs, but theres no isolaters at this time.

nah as much, I havnt done the front suspension, still waiting on struts.

Thanks. the only problem I had really was the pass. control arm. Where its pivot bolt is by the shock it wouldnt slide out so I had to cut off both sides with a hacksaw and pry it out with a hammer.
