Convertible top cleaner?

Ive heard of rag topp but thats it. I am soon going to need some good stuff. I have not seen ANYTHING at the local stores so what do you all use on the top? My top is made of different stuff than the normal mustangs but im sure it all will work the same.

use of anything other than cleaners designed specifically for convertible tops can cause damage to the material. Even with a milder multi-purpose cleaner, such damage might be minimal, but the concern is the cumulative effect of repeated cleanings with inappropriate chemicals the might lead to the breakdown of the material or the stitching
