this car is featured in the may 2006 issue of modified mustangs, my favorite stang mag...

the block is stock, but has a twin turbo system pushing 350rwhp @ a safe tuned 7psi. the body kit is a mix of mrt custom and cdc pieces. the paint is custom ppg candy apple red over gold flake: they call it "black cherry" ...and it has a whole host of suspension and interior upgrades as well. it is one sweet v6
for myself, i want the paint code

Would have been nice if they would have taken a couple more pics of the engine...like maybe something close enough for people to see it...instead of all the shots of the seats and trunk. lol

all that money.. and they didnt build the bottom end .... they really need to and that sucker will definatly put some safe, massive, power down.

Because they spent so much money on color coordinating the interior and the sound system....they didn't have enough to beef up the engine for 8 psi. lol

they only had 3 weeks to prep before SEMA, or i'm sure they would have gone all out. god you guys are picky bastids
and 7psi on a stock engine with those numbers is damn good

Pretty nice I guess. I'm surprised they even bothered with the whole twins set up because most of the time these kinds of cars go the easy way out and just slap a SC on there.
Does anyone have a link for some of those sun visor monitors?

I'm lucky enough to live in Michigan and I frequent MRT... look at my web page and you'll see pics of Scott install stuff on my car! LOL!
Anyways... i've seen the Cherry up close and personal! The mag pics do not do it justice! it is incredible! (BTW... i think Scott still owes me a ride in it! LOL)
Couple observations... the stock 4.0L is very stout... Powerhouse ( www.powerhouse411.com) is putting down 400RWHP on 12PSI with single turbo on a stock 4.0L... I believe the reason that MRT only went with 7PSI is for long term relibility and streetability... 350RWHP out of a V6 is very respectable... and keeping it at 7PSI is just plain safe and conservative... you want more simply change a couple of springs! LOL! I've been hitting my 4.0L with 100HP shot of N20 since late last summer and now it's the 125HP shot... And for those of you familar with it... N20 come on HARD... yet my 4.0L just doesn't seem to complain! LOL!
