I have been sitting around thinking about where I would like to go with my car. Here is what I am thinking so far. Round 1 would pretty much be towards the end of this year, beginning of next. Round 2 would all happen at once, so it wouldn't happen till I could get some cash stashed away as you will see it will get pricey.
Anyhow...here is what I am thinking in general. All in all I would be doing this in hopes of reaching the 600 rwhp plateau on 93 octane which shouldn't be too hard with the whipple. Why? Because the car can.
Some questions I have are:
- Paint or power coat the valve covers? I want them to be redfire-ish to match the car and the pullies.
- Wet or Dry sleeve on the engine work?
- Diamond, CP, or Manley pistons?
- Any recommended shops to get the bore work done (Looking at VT Engines or modular performance)
Any opinions?
