hi im 17 and i just got a 03 yellow mustang v6, 5 speed. Just wanted to kno some advice, on what modifications i sould get. i dont have much money! thanks! |

wheels/tires would be my first stop or dual exhaust. I would research first though so you make the right choice in which ever path you take

dual exhaust will change the car a lot  ... much more fun to drive. I'd recommend the GT bumper if you go dual exhaust route... as it makes it look more finished.

Hey man I recently got a 96' 3.8 rio red mustang. It was a present for my
18th birthday(Nov05). Anyways ive looked around for the cheapest mods that will improve my cars looks and performance. Here are some mods I have compelted so far... in order
-Duel Exhaust ( Duel Flomasters 2.25 cat bak ) $300
-Tint $150
-Bra ( my paint was chipping  ) $70
-Hood ( Ram Air Type II painted black ) 459 hood + 300 paint ( also painted y stock wing black )
-American Racing Rims ( makes my ride look really exspensive ) $1100.00
Soon to get mods
-Radar $60 - $300 depends on the qua of the radar
-Sound system... going with a simple two 12's
-Neons.... really havent researched much on neons but i'm looking to get red neon lights surrounding my car.

With the Hood you may need to get Hood Pins unless you want to hope the latch will latch correctly. Also the Bra is going to damage your front bumper even more and your hood if you keep it on 24/7. Moisture loves to get trapped underneath there.
And the neons.. well to each their own They look good if done right. Just dont over do it with the neons.
I know you werent asking for feedback but just some suggestions.

I started off with projector headlights. *give a sexy finish to the front of the car* i have posted my pix of them numerous times.
Then i got some 17x9 Chrome 2003 cobra rims. If you get tire, ill be the first to suggest the Kelley EvoZ tires. I got them in 275/40/17. Which is the size you should put on a 17 inch tire. The EvoZ has identical treadwear of the Goodyear Eagle F1 (a $390) tire...and goodyear makes kelley anyway, so you know your getting a good tire. For a set of 4 tires, I paid 484 dollars shipped. If you need more info, let me know i can get you the hook up.

With money as a factor a Dual Exhaust would be a good affordable start.
