I don't want to have to do a 5-lug conversion but it seems to be hard to find any 4-lug wheels that look good
any suggestions?

open your eyes dude, theyre are a lot of 4lug wheels.
There are a lot of SVT replica wheels, and other companies that make wheels for the stangs.

Check E-bay, mustangtunning.com, or just do a google search for 4 lug wheels. I know mustangtunning has some. Good luck!

1.) I'm not a dude, I'm a chick
2.) thanks, just seems like most of what I have found is either chrome, which I hate, or something that everyone and their brother has, like the Cobra R's, I'll keep looking though

you can do the lug conversion pretty easy and pretty cheap if you do decide to go that way. My friend and I did it on his hatchback. The front knuckles were from a 94-95 gt (have to get them for some reason) with the correct ball join (or it will ride a tiny bit higher in the front) the install was pretty darn easy as well... great time to swap in a set of shocks~
For the rear its a bit more expensive but not to bad really if you go used axles. The things to look out for are wheel bearings in the front and what not~
As for wheels that are 4 lug, check Ford & Ford Racing Performance Parts - GEFRacing.com and AFS (google afs rims for mustangs or something)

the only thing about doing a project like that right now is that this car is one of our daily drivers so we have to have it running to drive to work during the week

You can do a 5 lug conversion for less than $150 bucks if you have the resources.

True, especially if you just do the Lincoln front rotor swap and rear axles. But that severly limits your wheel choice. Realistically, people are gonna end up spending a lot more. I think my 94-95 spindles alone cost me $100 from the junkyard. Then I bought some PBR front calipers with rotors (don't remember how much I paid), stainless steel brake lines to work w/ the calipers ($80), had a SN95 balljoints pressed in the front LCAs (instead of doing the whole spacer thing, pretty cheap though), the 5-lug Ranger axle FRPP kit ($200) and probably a few other small things I'm leaving out.
It can get pretty expensive if you don't have a hook-up on cheap parts, or if you're like me and try to use new parts whenever possible...
If you really wanna stick with 4-lug though, there are some wheels out there... they just aren't easy to find. I know Latemodel Restoration Supply has some. There's one wheel manufacturer who makes several 4 lug versions of newer Mustang wheels, but I cannot for the life of me remember who it is. I've looked and couldn't find it...
Anyway, the point is that 4-lug wheels are out there, it'll just take a little digging to find. Also, I'd still highly recommend the 5-lug swap route... but I understand if it's a daily driver. Still, you could probably get the whole thing done in a weekend with a little hard work. Just be prepared to spend a little extra money.
