i have an 03 V6 5speed and was wondering for racing what rpms sould i dump the cluch and trac on or off? thanks

dont dump the clutch, just let off slowly from around 2500, you could also do the same with the trac on but if you spin them trac will stop giving power to the wheels, but i have launched at 3000 rpms, but its a personal preference.. ut 2500 seems to be the best place to launch from

It's hard to get a good launch without the locking rear end.

I've had the best luck, with my car, around 1800 RPMs. The tires chirped maybe once and I was gone.

A lot will depend on track conditions.
You will need to make a few practice runs to see what works.

And don't do burnouts before hand. It's pretty much pointless.

it all varies, I would start at 3k rpm, find the sweet spot that you get just a bit of wheel spin.
