upgrade compatibility?

I have a 1997 v6 and want to change some things but want to check for fit first.

1) would like to change the front bumper from stock to cobra style. is this possible? and what else would i replace?

2) what is the most popular tire size for front and rear?

1) Yes it is possible. If you want the Cobra fog lights you will have to purchase those if the Cobra front does not have them. Other than that it is a direct swap.

2) For what size rim

rim size would prob be 17's

17x8 = 245/45/17 correct tire size
17x9 = 275/40/17 correct tire size
