Please do the following when submitting feedback:
1. Check to make sure a thread does not already exist for the member or company you are leaving feedback for! A simple search of this individual forum will quickly answer that question.
2. Please choose either Positive or Negative Feedback from the drop down menu on the New Thread Page.
3. Put only the Username or the companies name within the title field. Do not add anything else.
4. Please provide some information such as a link to the members profile page on here, a link to the companies site and/or a link to the thread on this site where the transaction took place.
If leaving Negative feedback, please be professional. Please clearly inform what went wrong with your purchase. Staying calm will allow everyone to be able to quickly resolve any issues that arise.
If a thread already exists for a member simply reply to that thread with your feedback and provide the information in number 4 within that post.
