NO I do not abuse my tires. They have nearly 40k on them and they STILL have tread, but... they will soon be in need of replacing. I expect to get another 6k maybe 9k out of them depending~
I like the brand and the size (Yokahoma AVS ES100 in 275/40/17 all around) but I would like to upgrade the backs to something wider. I know this is a NO NO if you like tire life since you can not rotate. I dont plan to make this my daily driver after I get a good job (which I am looking for currently)
I think im going to go with some 315 BFG DR's (they look very nice) but... I cant decide if I want 17s or 18s (I want 18s they are just expensive). As it currently stands I cant get traction in first taking off or seconds, or third really. And if I down shift to 2nd at 40-45mph ... forget about it

so I need a bit more hooking out back as well.
Rims I am considering:
17 inch line
-----------
OEM 17x9 and 17x10.5 chrome 03 cobra rims
18 inch line
-----------
FR500s with deep dish rims out back (18x9 and 18x10 or 10.5)
2003 Cobra rims in 18s (18x9 front and 18x10.5 rear)
SSR GT3 rims VERY expensive...
BBS plasmas also expensive...
Roush stage 3 18's
any other rims you think I should consider
