a stock 2003 mustang GT has 260hp@5000rpms(ish) and 302tq@4000rpms the weight is around 3400lbs (ish) for a coupe and they use a T-45 manual transmission and a 3.27 rear gear ratior 8.8 rear end with a Tlok unit.
They generally get 21mpg to 20mpg in manual on average (city/hwy) this may be better but thats about what I would expect~ maybe 21-23. They run 245/45/17 inch tires on 17x8 inch rims stock and do the quarter in 14.2~ stock.
You could do exhaust, cold air induction, and underdrive pulleys with a good 87 octane dyno tune to up the gas milage on the gt~

I think it's 315... they have the old aluminum Cobra block in them. They're pretty quick little cars. But yeah, pretty sure it's around 315... maybe a hair more? if I'm wrong, it's ok, I'm drunk too... so yeah, might be a little confusion.

mach motors are like 305hp and 320tq~ something like that. They seem to perform a bit better or at least even with 99-01 cobra mustangs.

the t-45 trans was only used til '01 in the GTs.. after that they used the t3650 tremec trans.. very strong trans, a bit notchy (so takes some getting used to..) if I could find a mach 1 I'd get one in a heartbeat lol
in my GT I saw about 19 MPG around town (country town a lot of 50 MPH driving.. not all that many stop signs..) but I expect it wouldn't be much worse than that.. and with a bit of highway thrown in I usually averaged about 22 MPG
after shorty headers and an off the shelf aftermarket PCM tune I gained almost a full MPG as well - but have to run premium with the tune..
