Mustang vs Lincoln LS V6

My brother got a V6 Lincoln LS and wants to race me. I got the k & n and on flowmaster w/ a turndown. I looked up his cars specs and he has more hp than me but less tq. Can I beat him or what do I need to add to the my car to beat him. It's a big thing for both of us.

ive never seen one of them run, but I bet it does 16s, which is what your car does. it would probably be a good race from a stop to 60 or 70
