Ok...so I get this message today in my email:
Mississippi State University Parking Services is implementing a new procedure
for registering vehicles and obtaining decals for the 2006-2007 academic
year.
As in the past, you will be able to register your vehicle on line via
MyBanner. For your convenience, however, your new decal can be sent to your
current mailing address. It will no longer be necessary for most students,
faculty, and staff to pick up decals in person at Humphrey Coliseum or Parking
Services.
You will be asked to provide a current mailing address when registering your
vehicle on line. The vehicle registration site on the Web will be available
in July, and complete instructions will be sent to your official MSU email
address in late June or early July.
If you have questions, please contact the Parking Services office at 325-2661
or email
parkingservices@facilities.msstate.edu .

So...after logging in and going to my account and trying to register my car online for next year I get this message...
After Wednesday, January 25, 2006, web registration for vehicles will not be available online. Please visit the Parking Services office to register or exchange decals for the remainder of the Spring 2006 the subsequent summer terms. The Parking Services office is located in the Roberts building on Lee Blvd. next to McKee Hall. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
O yes, makes a ton of sense to me...
