It's actually pretty easy. I would budget about 3 hours tops with a few breaks.
All you have to is disconnect everything from the intake manifold (keep track of what went where), unbolt the manifold, lift up the fuel rail, pop out the bad ones, dab a tiny bit of oil onto the injector o-ring, pop the new ones in, puch the rail back down, bolt the manifold back following tq specs and with a new gasket, replace everything you disconnected.

well since it's a 2000, you have the new "pencil" type injectors I think. So those are 21# injectors, having two 19's will screw him up.

Torque for what. The injectors actually just push in and the rail is screwed to the upper intake manifold

Upper intake bolt tq specs. I don't remember off the top of my head and most people ignore it but they do have a torque spec that I would recommend following as it is there for a reason apparently.
And yes, he needs 21#'s.

That is about right and before you tighten them you need to apply anti-seize on the bolts. This will help you when torquing and preventing damaging the threads in the lower intake. I have had to install heli-cores in a few intakes for friends. The problem is aluminum intake threads have a tendency to break when stressed. So anti-seize acts a lubricant and makes them easier to get out the next time. Also do not tighten one bolt at a time. keep going in a crossing pattern between bolts in increments until the torque is reached as to not put the bolts in a bind

Thanx Everyone who sent messages, that really helped me out. I will find out what the tq spec for the intake is and let you know. And if anyone knows where i can get a good deal on the 21# injectors, please let me know.
