ok I have a linksys wireless G router for my GF in her Apt. well i set that up no issues on a cable modem. Our PC's (windows base) work just fine now with a 128bit WEP key. BUT her roommate has a MAC laptop ( ) and i can not get that POS to work on the router. well wait, it works fine with no WEP key, but i am not going to leave the network open for others to hotspot on her net. anyone set up one with a MAC pc? i was told by linksys to call MAC tech help. ( I dont like MAC's if u could not tell hahah) thanks for ur help

I set my girlfriend's up to use my wireless (WPA/PSK). I don't remember it being too difficult, but I couldn't tell you the specifics, now. It's been a while.

I would sell the mac and remove all evidence that I ever owned one.

thanks man for the link. and spec i would love to set the MAC on fire and walk away, but i cant. my GF is about to buy a Imac but she needs it for school (she is a double major in journalism graphics and photojournalism) thats all they use.
