Yes, you'll be able to put that in yourself in your driveway if you have general knowledge of cars and tools. You will, however, need the mounting hardware for a gt to make the exhaust work. I actually happen to have a set of factory gt tailpipe hangers if you need them..I don't remember what I paid for them, but I'll take 10 plus shipping.

yeah its not too bad. that is the exhaust i have. it sounds nice, but i wish i would have just went with true duals.. of course that would have costed more, but yeah, not really difficult as long as you can get your car pretty high off the ground.

I dont know why people buy these kits when you can get a muffler shop to fab custom pipes cheaper than the kits????

a good muffler shop can do wonders for a great price... others rip you off. If you can not trust your local shop a bolt on works fine... lucky for me I know of a very nice shop that can do very nice things.
I went with a premade for my current car due to quality~ and ease of installation.

That can be said for just about any business. You need to ask the performance guys in your town and then compare.

yea..i'd avoid maxi and places like that if u can. When i was checking around, i found them to be about 100 bucks more than little places that a couple brothers ran and places like that. And they did a very good, quality job with mine.

I had "custom" work done by an "excellent custom fab tech" from another well-known "custom car place." The work??? SUX! So, since now I don't trust ANYONE to turn a wrench to my beloved Mustang, my Father and I are going to remove the mangled metal and install 2 MAC exhaust kits. My personal tech, service advisor, dealer, local performance shop folks all agree that installing the High Flow Catted H-pipe kit with the Cat-back, muffler kit will make all of my dual exhaust dreams come true. I'm sure there are "great" people out there that really do "great" work, but after having 2 places do work that sucked, I don't trust anyone to touch my car other than my Father, my tech, my service advisor, and myself.
