My woman noticed while closing her passenger side door a sizzling noise around the front right tire... My dad a bit of a gear head couldn't figure it out either. Anyone else experience this? I have a V6 Stock.
It only happens when I close the passenger door and only on the front right side, there doesn't seem to be anything leaking from underneath.

It's your a/c dripping onto your passenger manifold. In time, this will cause your passenger manifold to rust out and break at the rear flange. Ford refuses to do a recall on this, but for 90 bucks they'll screw a piece of gutter underneath the a/c to redirect the water elsewhere. Mine ended up rusting out and my passenger manifold pretty much exploded one day, breaking almost all the welds in it. About the only thing you can do is not run a/c or rig up your own system of directing the water elsewhere. Me? I chose to not run a/c and keep exhaust lol.

Mine went out last year, so...3 years give or take a little. About 60k miles. But, to answer your question, it's a/c dripping. Actually, you can run the a/c for a bit, cut the car off and pop the hood. You can see where the water is condensing and dripping. May can come up with an idea from there.

Luckily, I haven't had that problem...yet, but I have heard of several having that problem.
I would imagine you could probably wrap the AC lines in an absorbant material, then cover that with exhaust wrap. It wont look that great, but it might help the drip problem without having to have anything too extensive done, or at least a quick fix~

It does run to the driver's side, but I still have the forward facing header on the passenger side.

Every car I've ever had has done this (of course, they've all been at least Fords and mainly Mustangs as well ).
