power steering help '70 mach1

Does anyone know what might be causing steering fluid to spray out past the dip stick of my cars pump reservoir? It happens when the wheel is turned. The fluid is frothy and full of air. Is air getting into the ssystem or does the pump have bad seals? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
