ok, i am bringing in the tv for my car into av electronics tomorrow to get them to see if there is anything wrong with it. the guy said i may just have a bad video card.......if there is anything wrong with it, i will try to get them to fix it and it will go in my car.
now, i have a seperate dvd/mp3/cd player for it, but at one point i was just using my ps2 that i had hooked up as well. but i might just go back and hook all of them up again.
the question i am asking though is where should i put the ps2?
here is how i had it situated before. it wasnt exactly like that, but it was in that area

I mount mine in my living room entertainment center...
Maybe under the passenger seat? If you had one of the newer slim models, it'd definitely fit.

Hm..I can make a glove box delete out of carbon fiber that will mount a ps2 if you think it would do any good...

No, actually it would not.
The slim model PS2s open from the top, so they need like 6" of vertical clearance.

Have a tray that slides out from under the seat when you want to pop in a CD/DVD/other form of optical disk.

OMG a playstation in your car??????? What next
I just dont get it Why dont you get your own crib or redecorate your room if you live at home or something.
The first time I see a playstation being played in the front seat of a car while driving I will call the police and follow the car till the cops arrive. I am going to say this once. All the people who bitch at street racing should be shouting at this. BY GOD!!!!
Now if it is for kids in the back seat cool. But TVs dont belong in the front either!!!!
People talking on Cell Phone and watching TV in the front seats of a moving car are as just as dangerous as a drunk driver
MY OPINION AND I AM STICKING TO IT

That is what I am saying if the game is for the back seat or the TV fine but I know by the pictures in of the car the video screen is a pop out from the dash.
Come now you feel safe with people driving and playing games or watching TV
If you say yes please turn yourself into the nearest recycling center for a brain replacement

well, first of all, i dont live at home.
secondly, i have tried to sell this unit for a year, no one wants it and i am tired of it sitting in my apt collecting dust. so i have decided to do something about it.
the ps2 was installed for free when i first got it hooked up, so of course i took that. and i dont play it when i drive
so i am basically doin this b/c i cant sell it..................and its better than stock

Would a slim ps2 fit in the center console? I have not seen one in person but i hear they are quite small.
Or you could delete your passenger airbag and put it there. make a nice fiberglass piece for there
Bu i would not reccomend that unless you have a 5 point harness

this is how the slim model opens. I don't think it supports being played on it's side though....
This is a comparison of the two models.
