[Mrs.sonic GT]

hey i have a 04 gt and i got a slp catted x and a magnaflow catback and it leaks at drivers side manafold i have tried everything and then got a whole new set up and the same thing is going on. I also got my car tuned with a sct is there any way the sound i hear is the pour detinations or maybe he tried to push it to much with the tune i just have no idea its a new car and i dont want to mess any thing up on it.

maybe a cracked exhaust manifold, donut gasket, um, exhaust manifold gasket, not sure what else. that stuff may be a start.

well there is no gasket on that side and i can feel the air come out right ware they come together but thanks for trying to help.

That is your problem right there... you are supposed to have a gasket. Without the gasket, there is no seal.

well thats not it there is a ball and flange on that side and that is the side that is not seeding up right.

are you talking about where your headers meet your x pipe?
