I cant take out my stereo

I just bought a new stereo system ( cd player ) whatever , and i cant find out how to remove my stock one. I undid you two screws under the radio but nothing budged. Im lost how do i take it out? Do i need a special tool to take out my stock radio? help?

uhh, for mine, you just undo the screws, and it pulls out. Maybe you have a plug in that's caught on something back there?

hmm.. it seems alot more solid than just a snag. Uh. There are square holes on the four corners of my radio. Do i need to stick somthing in there or ? lol im so confsued. I almost ripd off my finger nails trying to pry the dang thing out.

Yeh, you can pick those "tools" up at the local wal mart, or you can make your own out of a clothes hanger. All they have to do is go in the holes and push outward on the metal pins holding the radio in. Nothing really to it.
