Just picked up the car last night.... I have to be nice to it during the first 500 miles, but all I can say is... WOW! What a difference. The shop put in the 87 octane performance tune for the break-in period. After that, I'll re-tune to the 91-93 octane performance tune to see the difference. But, it feels like a new car... very responsive now. I like!

yea, its not nearly as nice as a 94-98 getting a gear upgrade but that .2-.3 tenths you shaved off is noticable.

definately one of the best things you can do is gear w a t-lok. I've done so much to my car that each mod seems less and less impressive since then. Except for when I removed my cats and stroked my engine.

more than that..........i took off a half second with just my tune, still on stock gears and open diff........probably faster though if i would have ran on a night that wasnt like 85 and didnt have like 9384032840398% humidity
definately goin back on like a 30* night with 0 humidity

the best time i cut was a 15.4 @ 88-89........and it was hot and humid. i was hookin good out the hole, but the weather killed me. i can wait to go back on a freezing cold day with 0 humidity, i think i can hit 14s then
