Hey guys. Just like every mustang owner I love to hear racing stories. So If you've raced your stang against anything post your story here. Im sure everyone will love to hear them just as much as me.

I raced a truck and lost
I tried to race an eclipse but Nate fucked that up
I raced a 99 V6 and stayed next to it
I raced a 97 Z28 and hit my rev limiter of 113mph while he passed me in 5th gear at 120+

Those are what I recall off the top of my head.

1998 Mustang

2000-2002 Camaro - Lost
Mercury Cougar - Won by a car length
240 SX - Won
Chevy Malibu - Won
Civic - Ha.. easily won.
Riced Civic - Won, but the guy was a dick afterward about it not giving the thumbs up or anything.
Truck - Won by a little, he was amazed it was a V6

2002 Mustang

Maxima - Won
Slightly modified STi - Horribly lost
Monte Carlo - Caught up and won
Ricey Civic - Easily Won
PT Cruiser - lol oh come on.. by like a football field.

^ probably others but I forgot and I haven't raced in a long long long time.

lets see, off of the top of my head, i had this kid in an white car that i'm yet to know what it was (it was that bad) that tried to race me in a complete downpour...somehow without me trying (cause i wanted to pay attention to the road and not hydroplane off of it) i still beat him-----guess that shows u how bad his car was

A white grand am GT. Meteorachick can attest to this one:
Driving down the highway back home just minding my own business when a grand am GT pulls up next to me wanting to run. I walk off and leave him then turn into the body shop I was headed to in the first place. From there I take off down a back road and the guy chases me down just so he can look at my car. I tell him it's a v6 and pop the hood and he couldn't believe it. He then wanted to see me launch....so I launched and just never came back to talk to hiim anymore lol.

The only other race I can remember in detail off the top of my head was against a turbo inline 5 volvo. After running all around the county trying to lose cops we finally line up on the interstate. He gets me on the launch because I ended up spinning, and he pretty much stays about 1 car ahead of me. We then hit it again from about 70 and I pull just a touch on him. We're gonna run again when I get new tires and he gets his car running right lol.

O yeh, and a F250 supercrew fx4 lifted somewhere around 15 inches. I was having a spirited run down the highway and passed him. He floors it and I can see black smoke billowing behind me. I was at about 120 when he flies past me like I'm sitting still....I'm still trying to figure that one out.

1997 cobra( stayed side by side till he pulled away in 4th)
and last but not least my buddys 94 TT supra got him out of the hole and watched his taillights for the rest of the way.

c6 vette (not z06..) had a half a second on him at the 1/4.. honda hatchback on slicks.. actually hung with me til about the 1/8th mile.. It was close but I kept pulling he ran a 12.4 to my 12.2.. that was a good run..
those were my notables..

in the buick..
I owned a ford lightning by 2-3 car lenghts by 60 MPH.. THAT was fun.. the guy cruised past me a few minutes later giving me a weird look lol

oh, i do have a racing story.... that doesn't involve kyle smoking me lolol... but anyways

I'm heading down Airlin Hwy. for those of you here in louisiana, and a 2000 civic with full snyper body kit on and from what i can see/hear a trashcan on the backend.

So were at the redlight (by the sherriff substation) when he revs up to me. So we go and he gets me off the line but i come to pass him not to far away from the launch. When we reach the next redlight, he goes "yo, not to bad of a mustang you got, when i chuckled to myself (cuz im not fast at all...yet), and so i go, you seem like you need some civic parts, go to my brothers online store, The Civic Shop lmao... he flipped me off and drove off.

ive also raced many of things but, to many to list.....
i raced my friend dodge stealth r/t and ... well wasn't even funny cuz i was bone stock and he was bone turbo'd...
mmmm my friends civic, really modded', still couldn't keep up with me.
friends v6 accord, somewhat modded, blew him away.
friends integra, beat him.

i ran a titan when i was in the higher rpms and he was shifting out of a gear, i pulled a head and stayed ahead till the cop lights came on and i slowed down and he stopped on the side

ummm ran a black Talon, same incident again, where cops pulled him not me. he was pretty damn quick.

lmao then one of my favs, i posted on this one before, im at a redlight and a giant lifted chevy z71 pulls up and its like midnight when i notice the prick has blonde spikey hair and SUNGLASSES on.... well he looks at me and revs.... so i rev up to... the catch was, i notice the sherriff behind me as his dumb ass didn't...
so if you look at the lights, the lights are messed up and when they should have turned green, they stayed red... well he guns it past the redlight and the cop pulls him over.... priceless!
