302 swap question

What up guys it been a while by anyways i wantin too know it a 302 high output motor what hook too my transmission. I have a 03 v6 mustang wit an auto tranny. I was wonderin if wit a different torque convertor and shift kit it would it work? The only reason i am doing this is cause i am gettin the block for free and slowly buildin the motor. Thanks for help guys peace

It will require a lot more work than a different torque convertor and shift kit. A lot more.

I'm not sure if the input shaft on the V6 T5s are the same as the 5.0L T5s or not. I know the old 2.3L 4cyl T5s used a different size input shaft.

Ah, it would help if I would read. The bad part is I was even talking about shift kits and converters... Drugs are bad kids, mmm'kay? At least that makes this a much easier answer: I seriously doubt it.

I've never heard of anyone using a 4R70W on a 5.0L. I won't say it's entirely impossible though, because I don't know for sure. The two motors are actually quite similar though, so you never know.
