headlight question!

My left headlight looks pretty hazed and foggy, while my right is nice and clear.. any ideas how to fix it? Im assuming water got in?

I've heard Chrome polish works.

If its the exterior surface of the headlight you need to polish the headlight. My brother has a 'powerball' made by Mothers I think, connects to his drill, that works well. I bought some black taillight covers that are scratched and will be using the powerball to erase the scratches. I'll post on results this weekend.
