So im trying to install BBK CAI on my mustang... The instructions are way fucking vauge, barely any instruction came in the box... and it was partially opened when I found it. I think all the parts are inside, but I have no idea where to connect the MASS air wires on the induction system. Any help? It almost looks like I am missing a part when I view assembled pics, but the pictures I have found unassembled look like everything is there.
You have to pull the maf out of your factory intake system and mount it in your new intake. You should have a tube running from the throttle body to the maf with 2 places for plugs in it. You will need to run the hose from the passenger valve cover to the upper hole in the intake tube. The lower hole will need to be plugged if it's not already. You then bolt your maf in between the tube and filter (if your filter is located in the engine bay). If it's a fenderwell CAI, then the maf will mount between the tube from the throttle body and the tube that bends into the fenderwell. I don't think I'm forgetting anything but I probably am.
