that scoop is VERY easy to install on 01+ stangs I can walk you though it.

yea i didn't send him anything.
i bought my scoop off of extreme stangs or something like that... was 159 primed, or send them the paint code and they paint it for total price shipped with screws and 3m tape, for 280. so i did that.

the 99 and 00 underside is formed a bit different and the guide hole areas are not there.

It just takes a little more time to make sure it is lined up correctly and front and rear space is correct, then you have to cut 2 spots of the underhood support in order to properly mount it. I've mounted one on a 2000, it's not that hard.

you have to measure how far to sit it~ and where to drill its not much harder but you have to physically position it yourself, no guide holes lol. This means you measure 100 times and drill once  lol
