this is so weird. Earlier I was up on a ladder preping my living room walls for new paint, the ladder slipped and I fell. kinda twisted my left foot, bumped my head on the floor, scratched my thigh with something and bruised my ass. anyway, I am very used to hurting myself while doing stuff around the house. either I'm not careful or I'm clumsy. anyway so it hurt for two seconds, I got back up on the ladder, finished fixing all the holes and such. I carried all the heavy furniture out of the way, masked the trim, covered the floor, went upstairs, took a shower, went to lunch with my wife, came back, carried some boxes in the garage. a couple of minutes ago I came upstairs to check my credit card account b4 starting with the primer. and now I can't get up from my chair, my left foot is killing me I can't walk, I cant even move it!!. wtf!!!!??? I was fine all day, this is so freaking weird!!! is this some type of post traumatic pain disorder or something?, lol oh well go ahead make fun of me...

its one of those flight responses the body gives, like if you break your arm, it keeps the pain down for a bit so you can escape danger. Apparantly your recliner is away from danger and it relaxed and now you feel the pain.

a trip to the hospital might be worthwhile IF you think it could potentially be bad... maybe somethin got really messed up and by walking on it maybe you messed it up more? |
