Post the whole slip, 60's, 1/8th mile, and all that.
About the reaction time: You're probably waiting on the green light. That'll get you a horrendous RT. You need to be leaving on the last yellow. You're RT doesn't have an affect on your ET listed on the slip, if you're thinking that's the cause of your dissapointing times.

You might want to take it to a dyno and let them stick a wide band O2 sensor up it's tailpipe. You might be way out of tune.
There's a few .1s to be had in your 60', but I think you've got something else off with the car. Running lean, detonation, something.

The same way my cobra only runs a 13.1 when it should be around 11.9-11.8. The driver mod is one of the best mods for the track.
As for your times...your RT sucks because like was stated, you waited for green. Leave once the last yellow starts lighting up...you will cut much lower RTs that way. However, instead of worring about RT, get the launch down...see next statement
Your 60s suck ass...just like mine. Wheel spin like a bitch I am guessing. Your overall time is really determined in the first 60 feet. A bad 60 will add much time at the 1320.
I would run 14.10 @99.xxx in my stock GT...it looks as though your tranny is shifting way early or you may have let off a touch soon too and didn't drive through the lights, but coasted. It took you 2.5 seconds to go 320 feet. There is no way you could have been driving through the lights. You had to have been coasting.
Did you have a tune done on the car? Did that tune modify your shift points? What gears do you have in your car? I would say you should be shifting upper 5k, low 6k between each gear. Without that, you are adding time to your runs.

man i hate it when tracks have shitty finish lines. man seriously, 3 foot wide paint stripe at the 1320 would be easy to see doing 140+, instead of using the time sign posts as the finish and the driver having to find the 2 sensors on the wall.
but yea sounds like something is fubared.
i think its the crappy powerdyne. we test drove a automatic 96GT with the powerdyne and nothing else as well, felt crappy. it had this loud whine, but you werent moving much faster. it was slower than a stock 99gt thats for sure. then to back up the crap powerdyne statement, my buddies dad has a powerdyne on his 5.0. the car is pretty modded, it was a 5.0 now 5.7(351c or whatever), GT40 heads, E303 cam. he said it felt fast. then we told him to do gears, and he loved that. then he got the powerdyne and everything else he could possibly need(fuel pumps, injectors, larger intake all around(80mm everything) and strapped it down. said it was fast but we told him to dyno. made 260ish to the ground. weaksauce. then we find its on stock exhaust, we told him to change the exhaust to a free flowing 2.5" dual with no cats(minnescrotum) to free up alot of power. made 270 if i remember. then we gave up and told him to ditch the PXTN and get a procharger or to go all out and turbo it. hes still debating but knows since our past recomendations have proven useful, that we are prolly right.
but stick her on a dyno and get her checked out. probably very low numbers, especially since its a slomatic. IMO its dumb to strap a SC on and not have the proper support to use it to its fullest.

yeah i hear this alot too from my benchracing buddies. i used to do it too, then i grew out of it.
"yeah another guy with this and that did a **.**@***mph, but then this guy has exactly what i do and ran **.***@***mph" and its like, "so what, youre not gonna run close to that anyways"
and then everyones brothers cousins nephews former roomate has a 10 second honda. im still waiting to see one break into 12's. the only cars remotely close to 10's at our track are full on track queens. fastest streetcar ive seen to date is a 03/04 cobra and he did a low 11.
hell i went to the track expecting mid-high 14's and got straight 14's first time out, when all my buddies went expecting mid-high 13's cause people with the same or equal mods were doing it, and they got low-mid 14's. took my buddy 10 runs to shave .3 seconds off his et and break into 13's with his srt4. cool but apparently others have run mid to low 13's yet those others with even more were struggling with low 14's.

The one main difference is that I will be the first to gladly admit I drive like shit at the track. I can't launch, I can't catch traction to save my life...the only think I can do well is shift. Past that, it is all on me for why I Can't hit the igh 11's in my car.
I just don't go to the track enough to get good because if I dead hook, my halfshafts will say "see you later" and I don't have the $2200 to get ones that won't break at the moment.

reaction time does NOT effect the time your car runs. Practice and you should do much better.

Depends on the track. Some tracks have the sensor past the sign that displays your time. Some of them have it before. You've just got to figure out how they've got it set up.

well its not going to run 12s or low 13s but it should do much better. Every .1 you can shave from your 60ft is usually .2 tenths off your car in the quarter. Go some more and make sure not to let up until you have went past the end of the track.
You REALLY need some 4.10 or at least 3.73 gears and a tune to setup those shift points.
