03GT upgrades

i have an 03 gt with 100 shot of nitrous under drive pullys clod air intake an i am puting in 3:73 rear end gears or 4:10 . my question is , is uder drive pullys a bad idea an my nitrous is not hitting right is there eny ideas or suggestions of what might be the problem

You need to set back your timing a few degrees (2-3) for 100shot that should make things a lot smoother for the nos.
