OK! i have had enough run around. i am going with a S/C an i need to know what is a good one for a stoke block(4.6l 03gt) i well also run a very low shot of nitrous on some nights but i was wanting to know how much of an increse in hp an torque i well see in my stock motor( forged internals WELL come the next year.

"I think" according to people that have owned both, Vortech's SC is better in and of it's self, but Procharger's kits are better and include more for a little less money. Just something to think about.

every procharger kit i have seen for my model (03GT) has been like 4K an vortech is like 3.5K?? but procharger has i big rep around here. there are several friends of mine that have 97 Z28's with prochargers. but i want to cream them with my set up

its cool man , what is you mustang makeing to the ground? an have you taken eny camaro ss on the high way..... an i know street raceing is not only ellegal but its very dangerous, but it happens , an to b honest i have only started one race on my own cause i am not a open guy about that i dont trust my car to win until i know i can. but hopefuly when i am done with it i well

Yeah, I have NEVER intiated a race, but I wont take crap from people revving at me. I have pulled on a `01 TA before, so I imagine I could pull on a Camaro SS. I'm still no where near done unfortunately.

personally none of us are experts.... I would research it a good bit and ask on 03 cobra owners who have them and see which does bet along with which is the best quality.

a camaro SS is the same as a normal z28... its got some fluff but they pretty much perform identical on the track~

ok ok ok man i have contacted them an they say i need to build the motor first if i wont it done up right. cause i am looking for around 600+ hp. so he said go with a forged 302 motor..... more money more power he said..... ok lets see... plus it well save my gas or on the motor first????????

And with the new 2.6L they are releasing...even more It is making me re-think my choice of whipple next year.

As for price, you are looking at about 3600 for the new KB. The specs will be on their site monday I was told.

jdm sells a pretty sweet vortech kit for 3899 with tune, injectors, and everything else you need... I believe it makes 380/380 at the wheels
