Clearcoat for Wheels

Okay, so i'm noticing how dirty my new wheels get--the chrome ones, when they got dirty, they just looked like clean alum wheels lol

i was thinking about clearcoating the inside of them (had some suggestions from people to do that to help keep them looking nice)

anyone ever do this? if so, what do you recommend using on them?


or if this is a bad idea, any suggestions for a better wheel cleaner that will help protect better than the meguires one that I am using now?

my chrome rims are very easy to keep clean~ things wipe right off. What do you use on them?

i don't have chrome anymore, i have steeda ultralites...i use the meguires wheel polish (don't remember the exact name off hand)
