Well decided to clean up my office some, started with the desk. Which included running wires much better. I went through about 30 zip ties i think. Im bored so I thought i would share
Starting from the left of the desk, got my m&m dispenser, 105mm shell from an AC-130 Gunship, a coke can in Arabic i got overseas, 20mm round from an F-15 with a CNC aluminum round put into it and laser etch by me from my deployment, one of my speakers and black light and lava lamp. Also my joystick

then my monitors, 2 more speakers and volume control and my bronco tag that i havent found a place for it on the bronco again with the new bumper

then to the right, you can see my card reader, Cowboys nutcracker, corona neon sign, printer, speaker, and tv

also got these little guys on my desk

looking down between my legs this is what you will see, a 10" sub and my tower

and of course watching one of my favorite shows while doing it, Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe (other is Mythbusters)
ok carry on

BTW, I'm running the same speakers as you.

dirty jobs and mythbusters FTW!!! I have the same speakers and a couple weeks ago I went to Radio Shack and got a set of solder-on RCA plugs and 100 feet of speaker cable, now I can put my speakers around the room instead of just on the desk, very worth the $15 IMO

Just do what I did and pick up a 21" HD widescreen LCD
The monitor friggin rocks!.... http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/pro...0069431&catid=
(remember that this is $CDN, and I paid less than this because my cousin works there )
DVI, VGA, Component, S-Video, and Composite inputs, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 8mps response rate, PIP feature, etc. I've got a Component RGB line run from my DVD player, along with an S-Video from my VCR and the DVI line coming from the computer. All of the audio lines I run into my SB Audigy2 Platinum card
.... but I don't have anything that I can compare that big ass 105mm shell casing. Damn

I just bought the 19" version of that moniot, it doesn't have component or s-video inputs though. It is an awesome monitor though. How much is that in USD? The 19" was only $200.

$699.99 (CDN) is $616.30 (US) right now.
I paid $600 (CDN) ($527.95 US)..... but that's the price you pay when you jump over the 19" hump. As soon as you get into the 20's, you're expecting to almost double your price - especially when it's widescreen, plus pay for whatever extras are on it.

i know, the jump from 19 to 20 is rediculous, the jump for 17" to 19" is like $30 or $40 for most brands and then $100 to $200 for 19" to 20". I like the component input on yours though.

This is my desk (and yes, my shit was lined up like that before I decided to take the picture). I can get a little OCD at times.

Dude, there's something wrong with you. LOL (na, j/k....... kinda )
Hmmmm..... just trying to think of my desk at home - let's see if I can compete with Cajun just off the top of my head....
A few Pepsi cans, a beer bottle (maybe two), a couple of Jones Soda bottles, 4 or 5 car magazines, probably 6 or 7 CD and DVD cases, pay stubs, some loose change, random papers, at least a few reciepts, a big ass A&W mug that I collect beer caps in, keyboard, mouse, oversized mouse pad, LCD monitor, graphics tablet, speaker volume control, sharpie markers, a few pens, 100 spindle of DVD-RWs, 50 spindle of CD-RWs, empty glass that I'm too lazy to take upstairs, remotes for DVD player, VCR and TV, cell phone (when it's plugged in)........ I'm sure there's gotta be at least a few more things.
