Hi guys I have a 1998 V6 mustang (manual) that i switched out the stock rear end gears with a 4.10 ratio (and oh man are they fun) which threw off my speedometer (which i expected) so i bought a new speedo gear from Steeda.com. Its the "392-STE-17271-D Speedo Gear 23 tooth Manual Transmission" to be specific. I installed it and drove around but the speedometer is still ~ 10-mph off. I know it will never be perfect anymore but i was wondering if this is as close as its going to get or if there is a different gear i should have gotten or anything else i can do to get the speedometer closer to the actual speed. Sorry if this a newb question but i figured id ask the people who have made this gear swap before what their experience with the speedo was.
