Here's his post from ar15.com
1:20 am, my mom was in the store, my dad was in the stock room
2 hoods, strong arm, one holding a silver auto (i think), fired 1 shot as he entered, one other accomplise behind him
yelled a bunch of crap, my mom yelled back, fired one shot while leaving
i was in the house (right besides the store), saw the gun and ski masks and heard the commotion in the cammera, grabbed my AR ran out the door into the store (i was also CCW 2 glocks as i was on a break from work)
SOBs fled on foot, i did not see a thing
chased em w/ my dad ouside into the street, i did not even know what direction they went; luckily a witness saw em head into a dark part of Union st behind the extermination building; i was told NOT to persue by my pops
cops have just left, dusted for fingerprints, crused the hood, no suspects found
damn it, SOB, f*** gangbangers
luckily my mom or dad were not injured
will update later....
ETA: i was posting on ARF com and watching the security cammeras when it went down...
got the SOBs on 1 of 2 security cammeras (the other VCR is out of commission, fukin cheapass chicom POS...)
cant find a damn shell casing, and i could have sworn it was an auto, but i'm doubting myself now
ETA again: damn PD took 4-5 mins to show up, and they are 3 blocks away so we were on our own, and they were too late to do a proper canvas; no useable fingerprints avaialble
ETA (5:45): just finished stocking the shelves, still looking for any casings or bullets, nothing; found one bullet "hole"--damn thing hit at an angle on our wood floorboard and did not go though--cant find the bullet
ETA: (~7:00am): dad found another hole in the ceiling; no shells yet; my folks and i have got to write a Police report and submit it to GPD detective tomorrow

man, i wish i had this technology (vid web hosting) 3 yrs ago when we last got robbed--4 badguys that time and BOTH cammeras were working; luckily, no one was hurt then either AND the badguys were caught
**See...this is why we carry guns in MS lol***

that is badass, i mean about the guy running and chasing the guy with an AR sounds like something, some people(myself included would do)

He had to run into the next room, grab the gun, and run about 100 yards through 3 doors and a gate into the store. He did all that, and was locked and loaded in under 15 seconds. Not too shabby if I say so myself.

In Mississippi, if someone is commiting a felony against you (be it burglary, robbery, assault, etc etc etc) you have full legal protection to use whatever force necessary. Me personally, I will use extreme prejudice against anyone doing anything like that. This applies to both your home and car since the car is an extension of your home here. Therefore, anyone starts messing with my car I have full legal force to use whatever means I see necessary to end the situation. It also protects me against being sued by the criminal or the criminal's family. Thank god for a governor who will sign bills.

Man That had to have been scary. My best friends parents own a convient store and they were robbed last year. The guy tried to shoot her dad but fortunately he was behind bullet proof glass. |

It's actually pretty crappy compared to what it's supposed to be, and the camera that is focused on the door and would have gotten the dude's face wasn't working. But...no harm done, just a few holes.

i just started a new job at an italian restaurant yesterday, and this morning i got a call that the place got broken in to...the entire thing was caught on video from 8 different angles with night vision cameras...the guy never covered his face and it was clear as daylight lol--cops already know who he is and now its just a matter of getting him
