Ok, the dyno is finally registering all the right numbers. All the wires are now working. And I did a quick test run to make sure things would register. So I say, guess my final numbers based on the following data. The winner gets a cookie.
Old Numbers:
Mods: 2.76" pulley, Amazon Racing CAI, Borla Stinger Catback, predator tune running 11.8-12.1 through the entire rpm band, rear wheels sitting at 32 PSI. Freshly installed NGK TR6 Irridium spark plugs gapped at 32 or 36 (I don't remember)
Conditions: 99.6* with 38% humidity
Numbers: 434 hp / 457 tq SAE
Test Pull Numbers:
Mods: 2.76" pulley, Amazon Racing CAI, Borla Stinger Catback, UPR Off Road X Pipe, SCT tune running pig rich at 10.7-11.1 through the entire rpm band, rear wheels sitting at 26 PSI instead of the proper 32. Freshly installed NGK TR6 regular spark plugs gapped at 32 or 36 (I don't remember where we are putting them), Possibly an SCT2800 Big Ass Air Meter since I am sitting at 4.9+ volts above 5k rpms
Conditions: 105* with 37% humidity
Numbers: 420 hp / 440 tq SAE
The final dialing in of my tune should be this weekend to get my A/F up around 11.5ish or so across the entire RPM Range. The pulls will be done either early AM or evening to avoid the crushing 105* temps again. We are wanting to pull when it dips into the 80s. The rear tires will also be temporarily inflated to the proper 32 PSI for the pulls.
So...any best guesses?
My hope is for 460s-470s hp and 470q-480s tq, but I think the O/R X will prevent that due to a loss of back pressure.

BTW, I seriously doubt a blown V8 making 400+ rwhp is going to suffer from lack of back pressure due to an O/R X pipe. FI cars like free flowing exhaust.
In all seriousness... I say 442/463.

Put your tire pressure back up. Less rolling resistance means more horsepower.
As for a guess...

Actually, stock eatons have been known to take a power hit for a lack of back pressure...because the lack of pressure decreases the amount of boost.
Yeah, I can't run 32 psi on the street for a lack of traction. Yesterdays run was just a test so we weren't worried about it. Tomorrow when it goes up it will get the full 32 psi treatment.
And you are only figuring 8 hp increase over the old numbers by having a new tune and xpipe? Hmm...maybe my hopes are set a bit high.

The main reason I don't think it will be all that much higher is that you are going with a little less agressive tune. You said it was between 11.8 and 12.1 and that you're aiming this time for around 11.5 across the board. I think you're definitely making the right move, but it may cost you a couple of horsepower. I'd say the X-pipe is worth around 15, but the more conservative tune will cost around half of that or a little more back...
Hopefully you'll prove me wrong and put down 470 though..

I hope so too....odds are that if I don't hit 460-470 and we have room to get aggressive on it I will push it. I want 460+ unported before I go whipple/Kenne Bell.
