Hey guys,
Im new to this site. I wanted to try and post some pics of my mustang i got for graduation last year and get yalls opinion on what you would do with it as far as Rims, Body style, Engine work, etc.
So far it has a BBK cold air intake, Dual chambered flowmaster's, and 3 1/2 inch chrome tips. Thats is all i have had the time and money to put on it.
I was thinking of goin all saleen, then i thought about the deep dish bullit rims with the center black.
Im kinda stuck in a wedge here and wanna find out what you guys think.
Tell me what ya think of her, already. (the car that is.lol)
Thanks everyone.

Look here for rims if you got the money. HRE Wheels - Home
If not I would go with 2000 Cobra R's. As for the body I would go with Saleen, Roush, or the Cobra R look. Then give your car a drop. For the motor how about a supercharger.
Of course this is just my opinion of what I would do depending on my bugget, and maybe it will give you some ideas for your car. I think your doing alright with your mods so far, just save your money, and you'll get what you want.

Thanks JROC,
I dont really have alot of money for a supercharger. I plan to throw on some high perf. pulleys, some h-or-x pipes, headers, cams, and a couple other things. I def plan on lowering it and rims, body work.
I use to have a fire engine red V6 that have 2k cobra r rims and they were nice but i wanna change it up this time.
Thanks again man,
casey
ps where you at Myrtle when they had the big mustang rally thing?

No, but every year for since I've had my Mustang I've said I was go to make it to Mustang week, and every year I make some excuse not to go. I will make there one of these years though, because I do want to go.

The best thing to do is to look around and see what other people have done. Body kits, rims and anything else to do with appearance is more of a matter of personal preference than anything.
Although I will say that Sonic Blue + Black Deep Dish Bullits w/ a polished outer lip kicks ass.

Ridenmystang, thanks for the link. I realize its gonna cost me but i plan to keep this car and drive it till it falls apart.lol
bbunt302, yeah i thought the black deep dish would look pretty cool as well. Around here you dont see many of this color at all. I think in my town there are 2.
I plan on putting in a Mach 1 hood with the funtional breather. I think they look pretty agressive.
Thanks for posting guys, and please keep them coming.
Another thing what else could i put on my car to make it sound like a beast from hell. I mean its pretty loud now but i want an even louder, aggresive sound.
Thanks again guys.

If you want it to sound aggressive, I'd say put a Mac ProChamber on it (I assume North Carolina has no emissions testing?). They sound great with the Flowmasters. That's the combo I have on my '90, and I wouldn't trade it for anything else.

Nope, the crack and pop thing is more of a result of the muffler than it is the mid-pipe. Straight through mufflers like Dynomax, Borla, etc. are more prone to do that than the chambered mufflers like your Flowmasters.
Check out Mustang Exhaust. They have sound clips of all kinds of different mid-pipe and muffler combos.

If thats the car I'm thinkin it is, it's almost 1000 horsepower with a twin turbod pushrod motor...It started life out as a 6 cylinder..

I have flowmasters, no cats, and an H Pipe with Long Tube headers on its way hopefully. You can hear my exhaust on the mustang garage. Just click on the video. Hopefully it will sound even better with the Long Tubes.

It's a good thing you said that before all the leg-humpers got here. Unfortunately, some of them probably won't actually read the thread and try to e-hump you anyway.
