I plan on getting a running 351w FI from a junkyard and rip it all apart and start building it.

My question is what type of parts would I need to make it to hit 10's possibly 9's?

Stroke it out to a 408, throw some AFR 205s on it, and stick a custom cam in it. Then get all the supporting parts (note: this = money). Get it to hook (note: this = even more money), and voila! Solid 10s.

If you really want 9s after that, a decent shot of nitrous (around 150, maybe a little less) should do the trick.
