Here's the email I just rec'd Send some input and maybe we can get some header that actually fit and not rust out

Subject: Re: QUESTIONS/COMMENTS
It's something that we have talked about Herb. If we did do this (a long tube header for the V-6 Mustangs), which years and engines should we be looking at? The 3.8, 4.0, etc.? Maybe you could do a little leg work for me either on-line at that site or with people that you know.
They need suggestion on tubing size and to get a idea on who wants them I'd like to see 1-5/8 with 2.5 collectors But then you have to consider other options 1-7/8 1- 3/4 maybe 3 " collector for the blown

I won't be getting them for the simple fact I do not wish to redo my entire exhaust

I like the LT's, but my car scraping all the time doesn't sound too good. I'd def look into them after doing some other mods.

Damn !!! I thought there might be a little more interest and excitement for a Decent set of LT
Accufab make some of the best headers in the business. Not sure how far they have gotten on the design .But if they can correct the current problems of LT on the v-6 such as clearing of the floor board, hitting the starter and/or motor mounts ,02 senor in the wrong position, alignment at the head flanges and RUST
I’d buy them

I'd buy them too; but the horror stories of the MAC series should be corrected promptly. Most of the concern I have is scraping.

Count me in... I've been hunting for non-Mac long tube headers... I wish that they existed.
