Eeeeeeeh..... it's almost like someone wearing headphones while driving their car isn't it? I can understand the music muting and such when there's "important sounds" but I dunno.. It's cool, I knew someone would come up with it eventually, but it just is too iffy for my liking. I'm sure it'll improve though.

wow, me and my boss were just talking about this exact same thing earlier.
he has the sunglasses with the 1gb mp3 player and headphones in them that he uses when he commutes. but its very uncomfortable to wear glasses inside a helmet(you can order them as prescription lenses that auto darken as well).
we were talking about a helmet with built in voice recognition, that has a built in mini-pc, that can make calls and play music over the built in headphones, and is controlled by the riders voice. only external ports would be a Mini USB and a small AC jack to charge. it also has built in GPS that the rider can input a destination and the helmet will guide the rider to it. it would also be bluetooth and could hookup with other riders with the helmet in a group so you could have a group chat while riding in formations.
looks like someone beat us to it. guess well have to keep working. at least nobody has stolen my heated toilet seat idea. i hate freezing porcealin when i take a shit in the winter.

yeah i bet it would sell as good as the glow in the dark toilet seat rings, so you can find the toilet in the dark. even though 99.9% of modern households(and some non-modern ones) have this cool looking device called a "light switch" on the wall, usually the one wall with the door attached, that turns on this round object that emits light and illuminates the room.
